Ingrediens:
medium potatoes (peeled, grated/shredded, and drained of excess water)
about a cup of flour to thicken & bind
1 egg (can be beaten)
salt and pepper to taste
Topping/Dip of your choice: apple sauce, jam, sour cream, honey, sugar etc..
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Heat oil in pan. Cook until crispy on one side and flip. About 3-6 mins each side (until it has crispy golden color)
Serve hot.
Tips:
Smaller pancakes are easier and faster to cook.
