1 red bell pepper

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes and peeled, cubed cucumber. Add sliced pepper and chopped onion. Add salt and sprinkle everything with olive oil and vinegar.
