Ingredients:


Few slices of fresh baguette,

Salmon paste,

Hard boiled egg, peeled and thinly sliced,

Salt and pepper to taste,

Mayonnaise,

Chives, finely chopped.


Directions:


Top the baguette slices with the salmon paste and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Decorate with chives and mayonaisse.
Serve immediately.
